Terms of Service

By engaging Harborline Project Consulting, clients agree to the scope of services outlined in the applicable engagement letter or proposal.

Consulting reports, cost plans, and project documentation are prepared for the exclusive use of the engaging client and may not be relied upon by third parties without our written consent.

Fees and payment terms are set out in individual engagement agreements and are subject to the terms therein.

Harborline Project Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
